Persons preparing to be released from incarceration, or who have returned to the community, are eligible for Offender Re-Entry and Transition Services (ORTS). Services are based on availability of funds.

Post-Release Services
- Transportation assistance to employment interviews or job sites
- Housing assistance, including shelter referrals
- Job search assistance
- Assistance obtaining identification documentation
- Vocational or educational training referrals
- Referrals to other agencies for services ORTS does not offer
How to Enroll
To receive services, meet with the Case Manager for an intake interview. You will provide information about your criminal history, alcohol or drug use, and employment history.
We recommend contacting the case manager approximately 90 days before release.
