Inmate Telephone
Each inmate in general housing is afforded access to telephone
services and access hours are usually between 8:30am and
10:30pm. During this time frame calls may be made to family,
friends, attorneys, parole officers, bondsmen, etc. All
calls must be made collect on these phones and third party
collect calls or credit card calls are not authorized.
Correctional Billing Services (CBS) is responsible for addressing any billing or inmate telephone service issues faced by the friends and family of an inmate. You may call Correctional Billing Services to set up accounts, as well as resolve any issues you may experience, such as not being able to receive calls or to block numbers.

Emergency messages
Incoming telephone calls for inmates cannot be transferred
to housing
Areas and general messages for inmates will not be forwarded.
However, In a verified emergency, a caller may leave
a message that will be forwarded to the inmate concerned.
